I am a certified executive coach specializing in Global Competency Training, Career Strategy, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. With extensive experience coaching professionals from over 60 nationalities, I have facilitated professional development workshops, seminars, team efficiency training, and one-on-one coaching worldwide.

Having lived in five countries and traveled to 40+ nations, I bring firsthand knowledge of cultural adaptation. My recent work includes training employees for international assignments and supporting professionals relocating to the U.S. to navigate the American workplace.

My background includes five years in Saudi Arabia, extensive collaborations with organizations in the Middle East, and leadership roles such as Vice President of Career Services at an international consulting firm specializing in career development and workforce solutions.
